VERY cool Improv to get the show going, landing in a romping Partido Alto — always dig that tune’s groove! Very lively first set with the song selection, and Gonzo is always welcome and a nice set wrap-up … Cool to see Start/Stop make another appearance, and the Macha > Wiggly’s is always a fun combo … Syeeda’s Song Flute is cool to see pop up here — first of the year … and it doesn’t see too many more performances through the end of 2001 either …
